• Contestants must send their photograph that was taken with a cellphone to fotoyarismasi@tugva.org before the deadline.
• Contestant must send the photo with its high-resolution and untouched version with name-surname, TR Id Number, cellphone brand and cellphone number.
• After the jury review 10 selected photos will be voted by the dormitory students.
• Vote results should be sent to Head Office on the determined date.

• Contest is for the students staying in our dormitories.
• Each student can contest with only 1 photograph.
• Participants should stay within the frame of theme and purpose, they are free on how to tell it.
• Photographs must be taken with a cellphone, professional cameras won’t be accepted.
• You can’t join the contest photographs that were rewarded before in other national contests; if they earn a prize it will be taken away.
• The nature of the photograph can not be changed. Montaged and highly edited photos will not be accepted; if said photos are used rule violation procedures will be applied.
• Cropping, color, contrast, lighting changes can be used in a non-excessive manner. Juries decision is final. If jury decides there is such excessive use, this will be counted as a rule violation.
• Foundation may ask for the un-edited version of the photograph.
• Copyrights of the photographs contesting belongs to TUGVA.
